An Ode to a Jacket

This winter I made an impulsive jacket purchase. At the time it was very cold outside. I felt like that jacket might just be the stupidest idea ever. It was not even close to warm enough! Then summer would come and I would just wear t-shirts all the time. Well, I was wrong. Whoever invented the jacket is a genius! The perfect springtime wear. Keeps me warm on the way to school without over heating and protects me from the wind. If a classroom is too cold I can wear it and still look attractive. I love you, jacket. I'm never sending you back. Oh and Becky and Nathan had birthdays. More on that someday.
